    Often times people want to use only one Fat Burning Fingerprint method towards fat loss. In reality the best way to lose weight is to use multiple methods. As many methods as possible. The more the better.

    Using just one method will not yield the best results. This is because each method is designed for one specific purpose and focusing on that one specific area will not be best. For example take the whole "weight lifting to burn fat" option. This is great for getting consistent calories burned on a daily basis. However, not following a calorie cutting diet or using other ways of exercising will make your results less than spectacular.
